Job Title: Fire Alarm General Manager
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60,000–£75,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of the company’s operations, drive business growth, and ensure the highest standards of fire safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Oversee financial operations, including budgeting and P&L management
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technicians and support staff
Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners
Manage projects from conception to completion, including certification
Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ management experience in fire protection or related industry
Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, regulations, and industry standards
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Financial management and budgeting proficiency
Project management and client relationship experience
