About the role
Experienced Maintenance person required to maintain showrooms, private viewing sites and client areas to a five-star standard, ensuring that every detail of the facility reflects the prestige vehicles on show.
Previous experience in high-end environments (luxury hotels, private estates, or premium dealerships) will be advantageous, but not essential.
ROLE:
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify and fix any aesthetic imperfections (scuffs on walls, lighting failures, floor marks).
- Maintain specialized showroom flooring.
- Ensure external signage, entrance gates, and landscaping are pristine.
- Arranging via specialists plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs.
- Manage HVAC filter changes and basic checks to ensure climate control is optimal for historic vehicle storage.
- Oversee the maintenance of specialised equipment.
- Coordinate with external contractors (security, fire safety, heavy maintenance).
- Monitor chemical storage (detailing products, oils) and ensure compliance with site safety standards.
- Maintain clear and safe access paths in high-value storage areas.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent "eye for detail".
- Comfortable working around high-profile clients with total professionalism.
- A "jack-of-all-trades" who understands that no task is too small, from hanging rare automotive art to fixing a leak in the canteen.
- Basic proficiency in multiple trades (painting/decorating, basic electrics, plumbing).
- Ability to lift and move equipment safely around.
- Full, clean driving license.
