Key Responsibilities
As a Cover Supervisor based in Monmouthshire, your daily duties will include:
Delivering pre-set work and supervising pupils across a range of subjects
Maintaining a positive, focused classroom environment and managing behaviour consistently
Building strong working relationships with pupils and on-site staff while supporting safeguarding expectations
Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a Cover Supervisor, you will need:
Experience supervising or leading groups of young people (e.g., schools, coaching, youth work)
Strong communication and classroom management skills in a fast-paced setting
Enhanced DBS (Update Service preferred) or willingness to obtain one
