About the role
Core Group is hiring
We are seeking an experienced Slinger for our client’s project in the Chelmsford area.
Job Title: Slinger
Location: Chelmsford CM1
Pay Rate: Negotiable
Hours: 7:30–17:00, Monday–Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Monday, 12/10/2026
Requirements:
- Valid Slinger tickets
- Relevant site experience
- Full PPE
- Good knowledge of lifting operations and site safety
- Reliable and good timekeeping
Duties include:
- Carrying out slinger duties on site
- Safely attaching and directing loads during lifting operations
- Following site instructions and health & safety procedures
