What You'll Be Doing

• Leading and developing a motivated, high-performing store team.
• Driving sales, profit and KPI performance through strong commercial decision-making.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating a great shopping experience.
• Maintaining outstanding standards across availability, merchandising and store presentation.
• Managing stock, compliance and health & safety standards.
• Recruiting, coaching and developing colleagues to support their growth and progression.

You'll Also Bring

• Experience managing a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering sales and operational KPIs.
• A passion for delivering exceptional standards and operational excellence.
• Experience leading, motivating and developing teams.
• Confidence managing compliance, stock and health & safety.
• Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
• FMCG or big-box retail experience is desirable but not essential.
