Job Description

We are pleased to be working with a well-established and market-leading supplier of PPE and site consumables to the Construction and Housebuilding sectors. Due to continued growth, our client is now looking to recruit at an additional Internal Sales Executive to join their prestigious City office.

Working closely with the National Sales Manager within the Business Development Office, your responsibilities will include:

• Outbound calls to existing customers (no cold calling)
• Planning, managing and logging daily call activity
• Quoting and costing potential orders
• Proactively following up on prospects and opportunities
• Producing KPI reports and supporting lead generation activity
• Ensuring smooth and effective customer handovers with internal departments
• Monday to Friday office hours

The ideal candidate will have:

• Some previous sales experience, where you have had to be proactive on the phone.
• Experience within the construction or wholesale industry (advantageous but not essential)

• Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel and Word
