Whilst this advert is aimed at Experienced Recruitment Consultants, we are also taking applications for Trainee Consultants – We will support you every step of the way, regardless of your level of experience.

• Competitive basic salary up to £28,000 DOE
• Uncapped commission – on average £5,000–£10,000 per year
  • 10% of new business margin for your first 6 months
  • 20% of permanent fees
• Share of branch net profit after probation
• Share of company profits (your % share increases with length of service and progression).

Your role will be varied and fast-paced, including:

• Interviewing and screening candidates
• Creating engaging job adverts and social media posts
• Building relationships with clients and delivering outstanding service
• Developing new business and supporting the growth of the branch
• Conducting regular client meetings and check-ins
• Participating in our on-call rota

• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
• Some flexibility is expected, and you’ll take the on-call phone home on a rota basis.

• Up to £28,000 depending on experience
• Consultants currently earn £5,000–£10,000 extra per year in bonus — with no cap

• Strong IT and admin skills
• A full driving licence and your own vehicle
