Administrator

We are working with a brilliant organisation in Wakefield, based on the Industrial Park, Kenmore Road.  This is a temporary contract starting 2 November and finishing 20 December 2026.

In this role you will manage the company car scheme and provide administrative support to the Business Services team.

Key responsibilities will include: –

Administering company and lease vehicles, including ordering, records, insurance, servicing, training, accidents, and fleet compliance.
Supporting business operations through travel booking, purchase orders, meeting administration, and record keeping.
Assisting with committee administration and Senior Leadership Team diary management.
Liaising with internal colleagues, suppliers, stakeholders, officers, and elected members.
Maintaining accurate records, meeting deadlines, and contributing to process improvements.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a small team. It is a support position with no budget responsibility, with more complex decisions referred to senior managers.

37 hours a week, Monday to Friday
