About the role
Brand & Marketing Manager – Own the Brand of a Fast-Growing Consumer Business Location: London – hybrid, with regular time at sites across London and the Home Counties (driving licence required) Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 plus benefits My client is a premium, tech-led consumer brand in the property sector that is raising the bar for customer experience in its market. Its digital-first proposition makes the customer journey quick and seamless, and selected sites offer a unique on-site facility no competitor can match. Backed by a leading global investor, the business trades from five London-area sites and has a strong pipeline of openings through 2027 and beyond. Paid search and media buying already sit with an external agency. What the brand does not yet have is someone in the business who owns how it shows up, what it says, who it partners with and whether all of it moves the commercial numbers. That is where you come in. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will join the existing marketing team from day one and quickly become the primary owner of brand and campaign output. This is a hands-on role with genuine accountability for results. The Opportunity You’ll own the brand across every touchpoint, from tone of voice and site signage to digital copy, email and social. You’ll plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns from brief through to results, covering site launches, seasonal promotions, B2B offers and the brand’s unique on-site facility. New site openings will be a big part of your first year. You’ll lead pre-launch local awareness, launch offers, flyers, Google Business Profile and the first 90-day plan for each site, making sure every promotional claim stays compliant and accurate. You’ll set the social strategy and content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn with a clear shift towards video and product content. You’ll also produce and commission content and manage reviews and reputation alongside site teams. Local marketing will sit at the heart of your impact. You’ll build a programme for each site spanning community sponsorships, business partnerships, events, local press and referral schemes – and you’ll measure what every one of them returns. You’ll own the marketing KPI dashboard and monthly report to leadership: enquiries, quotes, new customers, cost per acquisition and contribution by site. You’ll read GA4, Google Ads and Meta data confidently enough to challenge agency reporting, run test-and-learn activity and move budget to whatever is driving conversions. Who This Is For This is a role for someone who enjoys both the strategic and the hands-on. In the same week you might write copy, build a flyer, brief the agency and present to leadership – and you’ll relish that variety. You’ll likely bring: 3+ years in brand, social or integrated marketing, ideally including a consumer-facing, multi-location or local marketing environment such as retail, leisure, hospitality or property A track record of planning and running campaigns end to end and reporting on the results Hands-on social and content skills with tools such as Canva, Adobe or CapCut Commercial literacy – you can read a GA4 or ads dashboard and explain what it means to a non-marketer Experience sourcing and managing sponsorships, partnerships or community activity A full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites Experience launching new sites, marketing a tech-led consumer proposition, working knowledge of paid search and SEO or familiarity with CAP Code and DMCC Act compliance would all be a real advantage. What’s On Offer Ownership of the brand in a growing, investor-backed multi-site business A pipeline of new site launches to put your stamp on A visible role with direct exposure to leadership A clear path after around 12 months – either stepping up to lead the full marketing function including performance channels, or leading brand and campaigns with a paid search and SEO specialist joining alongside or reporting into you Why This Role? This is more than a brand role. It’s a chance to shape how a distinctive consumer brand grows across London and build towards running marketing for a scaling multi-site business. If you have the ambition and commercial grip to own a brand rather than just produce content for one, this could be the role that defines your next career step.
