From front-of-house buzz to behind-the-scenes strategy, you’ll get stuck in, learn loads, and make a genuine impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Associate, you will:

• Dive into the action across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Events, and Guest Services.
• Help deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
• Work on exciting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Shadow inspiring leaders and attend development workshops.
• Collaborate with teams across the business and present your own final project.

What You’ll Bring

We love to see your character shine through, but what’s most important for our Graduate Associate’s to bring will be:

• A curious mind and a passion for hospitality.
• A recent degree (or nearly finished!) in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or something similar.
• Great communication skills and a team-first attitude.
• A flexible, can-do approach – evenings and weekends don’t faze you.
• A desire to grow, lead, and make a difference.
