Tempoary Accounts Assistant

Temporary Accounts Assistant required in Runcorn – Up to £15.00 per hour.

Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work at their site in Runcorn, for approximately 4-6 weeks.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Keeping the accounts inbox organised and responding to queries promptly
• Running the fortnightly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll
• Running the monthly payroll using Sage 50 Payroll
• Preparing and processing supplier payment runs
• Supporting the team with filing and general finance administration

Person Specification:

• Previous accounts experience.
• Experience with using Sage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products. 

The rate of pay is Up to £15.00 per hour

The working hours are flexible Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 4.30pm (Full and Part-time considered)
