£45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

Due to ongoing gorwth, we are hiring a BMS Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team delivering planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial and industrial sites throughout Greater London and the surrounding regions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts on BMS systems.
• Diagnose and rectify software, controls, and communications faults.
• Modify and optimise BMS strategies to improve building performance.
• Support commissioning and small works activities where required.
• Produce service reports and maintain accurate records.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high standard of technical support.

Requirements

• Proven experience maintaining BMS systems in commercial environments.
• Knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium platforms.
• Additional experience with Siemens, Schneider Electric, or ABB is beneficial
• Ability to fault find across controls, networks, and field devices.
• Full UK driving licence.

• £45,000 - £55,000 basic salary (depending on experience)
