We are looking to recruit Cover Supervisors for a Secondary school located within the London Borough of Hackney, a role that would require covering a variety of subjects across the curriculum to support schools when they need help with sickness at very short notice.
Cover Supervisor work is ideal if you are seeking part-time, daily cover assignments, then please do apply for this position.
Duties you will be responsible for include those that are expected of a day-to-day supply teacher, the main importance being the handing out of pre-set work and ensuring that this is completed by the end of the lesson. You will also be responsible for providing pupils with necessary feedback, encouragement and support.
At the end of each lesson, should you consider it appropriate for you to leave notes for the teacher that you are replacing, please do so as it will be greatly appreciated.
The school is served by excellent transport links, including a railway station and a variety of local bus routes.
