Senior Creative Producer – Experiential

Salary: Circa £65,000

Location: London Hyrbid Working (3 days)

Our client, a global communications agency, is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to join its integrated production team, delivering experiential campaigns and brand experiences for leading consumer brands.

This agency-side role will work closely with Creative, Design and Client teams, taking projects from early creative development through to installation, live delivery and de-rig.

The Role

• Produce experiential campaigns, activations, events, installations and pop-ups.
• Translate creative concepts into practical production solutions.
• Develop and manage production plans, budgets, timelines and schedules.
• Brief and manage external production partners, suppliers, fabricators and technical specialists.
• Build lasting relationships with trusted production partners.
• Support pitches with feasibility advice, supplier expertise and indicative costs.
• Coordinate stakeholders and multiple workstreams across complex projects.
• Manage supplier contracts, production documentation, insurance and compliance requirements.
• Oversee on-site delivery, ensuring the final experience meets the creative brief.
• Manage a Creative Producer below.

About You

• Experience as a Producer or Creative Producer within an agency environment, ideally experiential, integrated or brand experience.
• Proven experience delivering physical brand experiences, events or activations.
• Confident working with creative teams and contributing production expertise from the concept stage.
• Strong experience briefing and managing third-party production partners.
• Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and commercial skills.
• A strong understanding of the experiential production landscape and an established supplier network.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Additional Details

• Salary circa £65,000.
• London office, with a minimum of three office days per week.
• Target start in the new year.
