Personal Brand and Content Creator

Location: UK, UAE & international travel

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a talented, hands-on content creator to build and grow a CEO’s personal brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok.

The role involves creating engaging, high-quality video content combining business, entrepreneurship, leadership, technology and behind-the-scenes storytelling.

Think bold, direct communication combined with premium cinematography, contemporary editing and authentic storytelling.

The Role

• Develop creative ideas, content formats and storytelling concepts.
• Personally film and edit high-quality short-form video and occasional long-form content.
• Capture business activities, events, travel and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Produce compelling hooks, captions, motion graphics and platform-specific edits.
• Develop a consistent publishing strategy focused on audience growth and engagement.
• Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to build a distinctive personal brand.

Who We’re Looking For

• An outstanding portfolio of published video content.
• Proven experience filming, directing and editing social media video.
• Strong cinematography, lighting, audio and post-production skills.
• A deep understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
• The confidence to work directly with a CEO and capture their personality naturally.
• A proactive, creative mindset with the ability to take projects from concept to final delivery.
• Flexibility to travel within the UK and internationally.

Experience working with founders, executives, entrepreneurs or personal brands is highly desirable.

This is a hands-on creative role, not a conventional social media management position. We want someone who can personally produce exceptional content and understands how to turn it into audience growth.
