Pay Rate: £15.45 - £15.95 per hour (plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts)

In this role, you will help maintain Lidl's high standards day after day. From motivating your team and taking responsibility for the shop floor to stepping in for store management when needed, you’ll keep the store running like clockwork. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Motivate, support, and guide your team while applying Company and Leadership Principles.

• Store Operations: Manage operations within the store and lead colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.

• Problem Solving & Delegation: Swiftly solve problems and effectively delegate tasks to keep shifts running smoothly.

• Quality & Inventory Control: Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.

• Customer Experience: Give every customer the very best shopping experience every time they visit the store.
