Job Title: Healthcare Assistant – Dementia and Care Support
Location: Nelson, Wales
Salary: £14.24 - £28.48 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and support to residents in nursing and residential homes
Use manual handling equipment safely and effectively
Assist in implementing individual care and treatment plans

Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety in all care activities

Requirements:

Minimum of 6 months experience in healthcare or social care
Experience with manual handling equipment in a live environment (training provided)
Compassionate attitude and a desire to improve residents’ quality of life
Right to work in the UK
Ability to deliver holistic and therapeutic care to people with dementia
