As a Customer Assistant at Lidl, no two shifts are ever the same. From restocking shelves and jumping on tills to baking fresh goods and maintaining the middle aisles, you’ll keep business booming and go the extra mile to ensure every customer receives top-tier service. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your retail career from the ground up with ongoing training and clear paths for progression—including opportunities to become a Freshness, Non-Food, or Bakery Specialist!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Act as a Lidl expert, helping shoppers with their questions, queries, and requests with a friendly smile.

• Store Operations: Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive in-store and help keep the shop floor clean, tidy, and organized.

• Specialized Tasks: Proactively bake fresh goods to keep the bakery topped up and expertly merchandise the non-food middle aisles.

• Teamwork: Pitch in with your retail colleagues to manage changing priorities and keep shifts running smoothly.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment.

• Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Flexibility: The ability to start a shift early or finish late when required.
