Parcel Sorters – Night Shift – Full-Time

Location: Northampton
Pay Rate: £13.73 per hour, increasing to £14.65 after 12 weeks
Overtime Rate: £17.70 per hour after 12 weeks
Working Days: Monday to Friday – 5 nights per week
Shift Times: Start between 10:00pm–11:00pm, finishing between 6:30am–7:30am

MK Personnel Solutions is recruiting hardworking, reliable Parcel Sorters to join our client’s busy parcel distribution centre in Northampton.

This is a fantastic opportunity for people looking for consistent, full-time night shift work, with excellent pay rates and an increase after 12 weeks.

We are looking for people who are committed, dependable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Sorting parcels accurately and efficiently for distribution
• Loading and unloading parcels from delivery vehicles
• Scanning parcels using handheld scanning equipment
• Moving parcels to designated sorting and dispatch areas
• Handling parcels of various sizes and weights
• Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all warehouse health and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent attendance and reliability are essential
• Ability to commit to working Monday to Friday, 5 nights every week
• Comfortable undertaking physical work, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Previous warehouse or parcel sorting experience is beneficial but not essential

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: £13.73 per hour
• After 12 weeks: £14.65 per hour
• Overtime after 12 weeks: £17.70 per hour
• Full-time work, 5 nights per week

Important Shift Information

Shifts will start at either 10:00pm or 11:00pm and finish between 6:30am and 7:30am, depending on operational requirements.
