Job Title: Electrician (Responsive Maintenance)

Location: Yeovil & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £43,000 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card

About the Role:

Are you a qualified Electrician looking for strong salary earnings and job security? An opportunity has arisen for an Electrician to join a dedicated maintenance team covering Yeovil and surrounding areas to deliver responsive electrical repairs across domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attending daily responsive maintenance tickets and carrying out fault diagnosis, electrical repairs, and component replacements.

• Completing minor works and consumer unit upgrades where required.

• Conducting periodic testing and inspection on domestic installations, issuing digital certs.

• Maintaining high safety standards and excellent customer communication with residents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or City & Guilds equivalent).

• 18th Edition (BS7671) qualification.

• City & Guilds 2391 (or 2394/2395) Inspection & Testing (highly advantageous).

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential for van insurance).

• Proven experience in domestic responsive maintenance or social housing sector.
