We are recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in East Grinstead. This is a hands-on role where you will help ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and safely.

We are recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse team in East Grinstead. This is a hands-on role where you will help ensure goods are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and safely.
Duties include
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and to target
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Checking goods against delivery notes and reporting any damage or discrepancies
- Moving and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations
- Scanning products and using handheld equipment where required
- Carrying out stock checks and supporting stock control
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe
- Following all health and safety and manual handling procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Happy working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and manual handling throughout the shift
- Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided
