Warehouse FLT Driver

Aligra is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Warehouse Counterbalance Driver to join their busy warehouse team. This is a varied role involving stock control, booking goods in and out, and supporting warehouse operations. If you’re organised, computer literate and have FLT experience, we’d love to hear from you.

Working Hours:

• 11:00 – 19:30 Tuesday to Friday
• 09:30 – 16:30 Saturday
• Initial 3-4 week training period, working 08:00 – 16:30 Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

• Booking in inbound deliveries of fan blades and updating stock records
• Processing outbound orders and booking stock out to subcontractors and end users
• Maintaining accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT for approximately 30 minutes per day
• Loading, unloading and moving stock as required
• Reporting stock discrepancies and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Supporting general warehouse operations and maintaining high housekeeping standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence preferred
• Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety
