VP Data & AI Transformation

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced data leader to shape the future of a business that is investing heavily in data, AI, and technology. As a newly created executive-level position, you’ll play a pivotal role in building a unified enterprise data function, driving AI adoption, and ensuring data becomes a core driver of growth, customer understanding, and business performance.

They are looking for a senior leader to bring together multiple teams under a unified strategy, driving greater value from data across the organisation and accelerating AI adoption at scale.

The Role
As VP, you will sit at the heart of the organisation’s data and AI journey, partnering closely with executive stakeholders to drive business impact.

Responsibilities include:

• Define and deliver the enterprise data, architecture, and AI strategy
• Create a 360-degree customer view to drive commercial and operational decision-making
• Lead Data Engineering, Analytics, Architecture, IT, and AI functions under a unified vision
• Drive AI adoption, automation, and enterprise-wide data capabilities
• Establish best practices across data governance, reporting, and systems architecture
• Partner with senior leadership to deliver initiatives across growth, product, pricing, and efficiency
• Build and lead high-performing teams while driving organisational change

Your Skills & Experience

• Leadership experience within Data, Analytics, Architecture, or Technology functions
• Proven success leading multiple technical teams and disciplines
• Strong track record delivering enterprise data strategies and transformation programmes
• Experience leveraging AI and data to drive measurable business outcomes
• Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level influence
• Expertise in modern data platforms, governance, and analytics ecosystems
• Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical strategy into business value
• Demonstrated success building trust, scaling teams, and leading through change
