Must have’s

• Experience in credit control, invoicing and financial administration
• Strong numerical skills, including accurate bank reconciliations

• Experience using Xero or similar accounting/ERP software
• Experience with sales order processing and delivery coordination

So, what will you be doing?

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries, resolving queries promptly and professionally
• Process sales and customer orders accurately
• Prepare and process customer invoices using Xero or similar accounting software
• Manage credit control, monitor outstanding invoices and chase overdue payments
• Maintain customer account records and carry out regular bank reconciliations
• Investigate financial discrepancies and ensure records remain accurate
• Coordinate delivery bookings and generate shipping labels through courier and logistics platforms
• Maintain accurate financial and customer records across company systems
• Work closely with the office team to support smooth day-to-day operations
• Provide wider administrative and operational support to the management team
