We're looking for a passionate and motivated leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.
This role is based on-site at our Patient Engagement Centre in Middlewich. You'll typically work Monday to Friday, while supporting some ad hoc evening and Saturday shifts as needed to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to our patients. What You'll Do

- Ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, data protection requirements and health and safety procedures.
- Supporting the recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
- Managing workloads and resource allocation to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the service.
- Building a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
- Working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to continually improve patient experience and service delivery.
