Our client is an established facilities maintenance business covering large parts of the South East, providing reliable building maintenance services to a portfolio of blue-chip commercial and high-street organisations.

The Role
As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance, repairs and minor project works across a varied portfolio of commercial client sites.

Your duties will include:
• Carrying out reactive fabric maintenance and general building repairs.
• Responding to essential and non-essential maintenance requests.
• Undertaking minor project and refurbishment works.
• Diagnosing faults and delivering effective, practical solutions.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service.
• Working professionally across a portfolio of blue-chip commercial sites.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards.

About You
We are looking for motivated Electricians who take pride in their work and want to develop their skills within a growing business.
Ideally, you will have:

JIB Gold Card (18th edition)
Inspection and testing 2391
IPAF or Pasma (advantageous)
• Experience in multi-skilled maintenance, ideally within a commercial environment.
• A solid background in building fabric maintenance, repairs or a relevant trade.
• A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
• The ability to work independently while representing the business positively on client sites.

Previous commercial maintenance experience would be advantageous, but candidates with strong relevant trade experience will also be considered.

Salary, Benefits & Package
• £38,000–£42,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
• Potential annual earnings of £50,000–£60,000 with regular overtime.
