Business Development Manager - New Build - North

Overview:

Our client, a Premium Heat Pump Brand established in the UK for over 20 years, is seeking a BDM for the Northern region. The purpose of this role is to create demand for their market leading ranges of Air Source and Exhaust Air Heat Pumps within the designated sales channel. The BDM will be responsible for gaining product specifications and sales within the new build channel on behalf of the company. Cultivating long term relationships and a broad network of contacts, the successful candidate will work alongside the wider team to actively manage projects through the specification and tender process to fulfilment.

 

 

Ideal Candidate:

• Competent understanding of HVAC systems with a focus on heat pumps
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a B2B business sales role
• A demonstrable record of business development and sales success
• Good contacts and relationships within the relevant market sectors
• Knowledge of building and funding legislation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems and CRM packages
• A desire to develop people management and leadership skills
• Full UK Driving License

 

Benefits:

• £50k - £60k (D.O.E)
• £15k OTE
