Caretaker

St Raphael the Archangel CMAT are looking to recruit a Caretaker. This is a permanent, part time position working 17.5 hours per week, based at St Joseph's Catholic Primary Academy.

We are looking for:

• Ability to work under broad direction and laid down procedures.
• Responsible for managing caretaking services to all buildings forming the school site, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
• Has good practical maintenance and DIY skills
• Responsible for undertaking minor or temporary maintenance and repairs.
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards
• Understands the importance of health & safety
• Contributes to the school’s statutory duty to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
