JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Northampton
SALARY: Circa £50K – £60K (DOE)

THE ROLE:
As the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be dealing with a varied caseload of commercial property transactions including sales and purchases, sale of business assets, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, land registry applications, leases, renewals, licences to assign. The successful candidate will be expected to manage their caseload efficiently whilst delivering a high standard of client service and commercially focused legal advice.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from experienced Commercial Property Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with the broad remit of commercial property. You will be able to demonstrate strong technical experience across sales and purchases, business asset sales, secured lending, landlord and tenant transactions and Land Registry. You will also have excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
