We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will support the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, customer accounts, and supplier records.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will support the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, customer accounts, and supplier records.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking customer payments over the telephone.
- Posting and processing sales invoices from websites, Amazon, Etsy, and eBay.
- Reconciling and separating payments from the day book.
- Posting trade account invoices.
- Creating and maintaining customer accounts.
- Creating and maintaining supplier accounts.
- Posting bank receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Setting up supplier payment runs.
- Assisting with general finance and administrative duties as required.
- Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or bookkeeping role.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Confident using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Competitive salary of £30,000 pro rata.
