* Salary to £75'000 + Service

We are recruiting for an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation at a stunning luxury country house hotel, where outstanding food, exceptional hospitality and genuine attention to detail are at the heart of everything they do.
This is no ordinary hotel kitchen. Our client has established an enviable reputation for delivering exceptional food, with AA Rosettes recognition and a genuine commitment to fresh, seasonal ingredients, innovative menus and beautifully executed dishes.

We are looking for an Executive Chef who shares these values and has the talent, passion and leadership skills to take an already impressive culinary operation to even greater heights.

The Opportunity
* Take complete responsibility for a prestigious, quality-driven kitchen operation.
* Lead an established brigade delivering outstanding food across fine dining, private dining, weddings and events.
* Build upon an excellent culinary reputation and existing AA Rosettes standards.
* Develop exciting, seasonal menus with a strong emphasis on exceptional British produce, provenance and flavour.
* Have the creative freedom to influence the future direction of the food offering.
* Recruit, mentor and develop a talented and motivated kitchen team.
* Work alongside an exceptionally supportive senior management team and owners who understand the importance of investing in quality.
* Maintain excellent financial controls without compromising the standards that make this property special.

What We're Looking For
* An accomplished Executive Chef or highly talented Head Chef from a luxury hotel or award-winning restaurant background.
* A proven track record of delivering food to a minimum 3 AA Rosette standard.
* Genuine culinary flair, creativity and an obsession with quality and consistency.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop and retain talented chefs.
* Excellent commercial awareness and experience managing a substantial kitchen operation.
* Someone who takes real pride in their food, their team and the reputation of the business.
