The Role
As Hotel Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day operational performance of the property, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience reflects the standards expected of a luxury hotel.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and inspiring a talented management team to deliver exceptional luxury hospitality standards.
* Ensuring impeccable service, presentation and attention to detail throughout the hotel.
* Driving operational excellence across accommodation, food and beverage, weddings, events and leisure.
* Developing a culture where personalised service and exceeding guest expectations are second nature.
* Maximising profitability through strong commercial management, effective cost control and operational efficiencies.
* Recruiting, mentoring and developing high-performing teams with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality.
* Working closely with senior leadership to continually enhance the hotel's reputation, guest experience and financial performance.

The Candidate
Previous senior management experience within a genuine luxury hotel environment is essential.
We are particularly interested in Hotel Managers who can demonstrate:
* A successful career within luxury 4-star deluxe, 5-star, boutique luxury or prestigious country house hotels.
* A proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and consistently maintaining the highest service standards.
* Strong operational experience across luxury accommodation, quality food and beverage, weddings and events.
* A thorough understanding of the finer details of luxury hospitality, from personalised guest recognition to impeccable presentation and service delivery.
* Excellent commercial awareness, financial acumen and the ability to balance exceptional standards with profitability.
* Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, develop and retain talented hospitality professionals.
* A highly visible, hands-on management style and the confidence to engage with discerning guests.
* The drive, ambition and attention to detail required to continually elevate standards and exceed expectations.
This position requires a Hotel Manager who has genuinely operated at luxury level, understands what exceptional hospitality looks like and can demonstrate a consistent record of delivering it.
