Corporate Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Cheltenham / Hybrid, £70,000+ (DOE) - With an established presence across the South West region and exciting ambitions for Cheltenham, the firm is looking to welcome a Corporate Solicitor with at least three years’ post-qualification experience to join its growing team. THE ROLE:
• This is an opportunity to work on a varied and commercially interesting caseload, develop strong client relationships and be part of a team where your contribution genuinely matters.
• You will be joining an established corporate group advising businesses at different stages of their journey. From entrepreneurial owner-managed companies and emerging businesses to established corporates and institutional clients, the work offers plenty of variety and the chance to build broad commercial experience.
• The team combines strong regional relationships with the expertise and resources to handle sophisticated transactions.
• You will work alongside experienced corporate lawyers on a range of transactions, including business acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructurings and wider corporate advisory matters.
• You will also work closely with partners on live matters, gaining valuable exposure to the commercial aspects of transactions and the development of client relationships.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in corporate law, confident handling a varied workload and keen to develop your experience further.
• You will bring sound technical ability, a commercial approach and an appreciation of what clients need from their legal advisers.
