We are partnering with a leading pensions organisation to secure a dedicated and experienced Lead Pension Administrator to join their growing team.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled pensions professional looking to step into a senior administration role where you will take ownership of complex casework, mentor colleagues, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining data quality, managing scheme events, and supporting team performance in line with business goals.

You will play a pivotal role in delivering quality pensions administration to customers, checking complex casework, managing workloads, and maintaining data reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery & Workload Management: Prioritise and manage own and others’ workloads to ensure work is completed within agreed service levels and deadlines.
• Casework & Quality Control: Take ownership of delegated tasks, deal with and check complex cases, and verify the accuracy of team members’ work.
• Data Quality & Scheme Events: Maintain member and employer data, participate in data quality audits, and manage scheme events.
• Team Support & Collaboration: Help plan team workflows, assist in training or coaching others, and explain required improvements to enhance colleagues’ working knowledge.

Experience & Skills Required:

• Solid experience within pensions administration.
• Strong exposure to Defined Benefit schemes
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service with a professional approach.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Studying towards or completed QPA/PMI qualifications, or previous experience managing/training others, are highly desirable.
