Mileage Paid at 45p per Mile
3-Month Contract
Start Date: Monday 2nd November

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Gas Engineer / Plumber to work on a social housing contract covering the Partington, Oldham, Leigh and Stockport areas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer to secure a long-term contract carrying out a mixture of CP12 Gas Safety Certificates and basic plumbing maintenance works within occupied social housing properties.

Duties Will Include:

• Completing CP12 Gas Safety Inspections and Certificates
• Carrying out basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Diagnosing and rectifying minor plumbing faults
• Ensuring all gas work is completed safely and in line with current regulations
• Working within tenanted social housing properties
• Maintaining accurate records and certification paperwork
• Delivering excellent customer service when attending residents' homes

Requirements:

• Valid Gas Safe Registration
• Proven experience carrying out CP12 inspections and domestic gas servicing
• Experience completing basic plumbing maintenance and repairs
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own vehicle required
• Previous social housing experience desirable
• Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and compliance requirements
