Combining analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving, the focus of the role is on interpreting, synthesising and communicating insight rather than simply collecting it.You will help connect information from across the business, turning data and findings into meaningful recommendations that support decision-making and future priorities. With broad business exposure, varied project work and regular engagement with senior stakeholders, this is an excellent opportunity for a naturally curious analyst looking to make a visible impact.Key accountabilities:Consolidate customer, market and business insight into a central, accessible repositoryAnalyse qualitative and quantitative information to identify trends, opportunities, risks and areas for improvementDevelop clear recommendations that support business priorities and decision-makingProduce insight reporting, presentations and executive summaries for a range of stakeholder audiencesPartner with Product, Marketing, Client Experience and Commercial teams to support planning and strategic initiativesIdentify insight gaps and support further analysis or research where requiredContribute to the development of insight governance, processes and best practice Competencies/skill setStrong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to draw meaningful conclusions from complex informationExcellent communication and presentation skills, adapting messages for different audiencesStrong attention to detail whilst maintaining focus on commercial and strategic prioritiesNaturally curious, proactive and comfortable working with ambiguityStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsOrganised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environmentConfident using data and insight to influence thinking and support decision-makingQualifications/experience requiredEssential:2-3 years' experience in an Insight Analyst, Customer Insight, Business Analysis or similar analytical roleExperience working within Professional ServicesExperience synthesising information from multiple sources into actionable recommendationsExperience producing reports, presentations and management informationProficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointDesirableExperience within a regulated financial services environmentExperience working with customer feedback, survey data, CRM data or market researchUnderstanding of customer journey mapping and customer tools or taxonomy developmentFamiliarity with Power BI, CRM platforms and data visualisation tools
