Commercial Litigation Senior Associate Solicitor | 5+ PQE | Southampton | Hybrid Working
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded regional law firm in Southampton, supporting the continued growth of its Dispute Resolution team.
You’ll handle a varied caseload of high-quality commercial disputes, including complex and high-value matters, while working alongside experienced lawyers in a collaborative environment with genuine opportunities for career progression.
The Role
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters
- Advise on complex, high-value disputes, including contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes
- Handle insolvency-related disputes and professional negligence claims
- Draft pleadings, correspondence and other legal documentation
- Prepare cases for court, mediation and alternative dispute resolution
- Build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
- Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the team
About You
- Solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Confident managing client relationships and complex matters
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive and keen to develop your career
