Pay Rate to Intermediary: £300.00 - £320.00 per day Security Clearance: Standard

About the Role
Spinwell is recruiting for a SEND Provision Lead for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage SEND casework for children and young people aged 0-25.
• Coordinate and amend Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
• Lead annual reviews and ensure statutory deadlines are met.
• Work closely with families, schools, Educational Psychologists, Social Care and partner agencies.
• Manage complex cases and maintain accurate records.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience working with children and young people with SEND
• Knowledge of EHCPs and SEND statutory processes
• Strong case management and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Manage complex and high-risk SEND cases, including disputes and tribunals
• Develop and improve SEND processes, policies, and service delivery.
• Analyse service performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Chair multi-agency meetings and annual review panels
