About the role
- Production Operators
- Monday – Thursday: 07:00–16:00
- Friday: 07:00–13:00
- Carry out heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Use a variety of hand tools to complete assembly, preparation, and packaging tasks.
- Label products accurately according to company procedures.
- Count stock and products to ensure accuracy of orders and inventory.
- Pack products securely and prepare them for dispatch.
- Operate pallet trucks (pump trucks) to move stock and materials safely around the warehouse and production areas.
- Load, unload, and move materials as required.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Report any damaged stock, equipment faults, or safety concerns to supervisors.
