Digital Project Manager

Inspire Resourcing is recruiting on behalf of a leading multichannel marketing services business for an experienced Digital Signage Content Project Manager to join its growing digital screens team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering digital content campaigns, from seasonal promotions and product launches to reactive updates and venue-specific communications. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all content is delivered accurately, efficiently and within agreed deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital signage content projects, campaigns, updates and special projects.

• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and client expectations are consistently met.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage client expectations regarding project timelines, priorities and delivery requirements.

• Develop content schedules and brief internal scheduling teams to ensure content is delivered and published on time.

• Liaise closely with clients, designers, content creators, production teams, schedulers and technical teams to coordinate project delivery.

• Manage project workflows using CRM and content management system (CMS) platforms.

• Prioritise competing demands and respond effectively to changing requirements, urgent updates and live operational needs.

• Identify and resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and minimise disruption.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all content and project deliverables.
