· Build effective relationships with suppliers, customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.
· Lead and facilitate work teams, providing training, coaching and support for problem-solving and process improvement.
· Develop and implement business plans, policies, procedures and organisational and technical strategies that support sustained production performance.
· Set and maintain delivery priorities for products, services and data, communicating status, dependencies and concerns across functions.
· Champion continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, to increase productivity, reduce waste and improve quality.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, safety, quality and airworthiness standards.
Required Qualifications and Experience
· Extensive senior production or operations leadership experience within aircraft manufacturing, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), or modification environments.
· Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and integrating external suppliers.
