About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the class teacher and helping children reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:- Providing supportive, engaging assistance to small groups of SEN pupils
- Helping create an inclusive, positive classroom environment
- Supporting the class teacher with tailored learning activities and resources
- Assisting children with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and participation
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN specialists, and support staff

- Experience in SEN education is desirable but not essential for the right candidate
