Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care & Supported Living Location: Croydon, South London (CR0) Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent Sponsorship: Not available We are recruiting a Registered Manager to lead an established domiciliary care and supported living service in Croydon. The service delivers approximately 2,000 care hours per week with a workforce of around 90 carers. This is a senior leadership role with a strong support structure in place, suited to an experienced manager with a background in domiciliary care and, ideally, supported living. The RoleTake full operational responsibility across domiciliary care and supported living servicesEnsure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintainedLead, manage, and develop a team including a Deputy Manager, Care Coordinators, and Field SupervisorsOversee a workforce of approximately 90 carersOversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performanceWork closely with the Director and senior leadership teamParticipate in a shared on-call rota alongside the coordinatorsRequirementsProven experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary care and / or supported livingLevel 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care — essentialExperience across both domiciliary care and supported living (ideal), or a strong domiciliary care backgroundStrong CQC compliance knowledge and regulatory experienceFull UK driving licence — essentialMust live locally to the serviceStrong leadership, organisational, and communication skillsThe ServiceDomiciliary care and supported livingApproximately 2,000 care hours per weekDeputy Manager, 2 Care Coordinators, 3 Field Supervisors, and Director in placeWorkforce of approximately 90 carersCommutable Areas Croydon, Sutton, Purley, Streatham, Mitcham, Bromley, Crystal Palace, Norwood and surrounding areas.
