About the role
Job Title: Marine Pipefitters / Welders / Installers
Location: Cornwall
Contract: 3-6 Months
Overview:
A marine engineering company is seeking experienced Pipefitters, Welders and Mechanical Installers for a 3-6 month contract, supporting the fabrication, installation and modification of pipework and mechanical systems on yachts and marine vessels.
Requirements:
Experience in pipefitting, welding or mechanical installation.
Marine, yacht or shipbuilding experience preferred.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Experience with stainless steel and carbon steel pipework advantageous.
Relevant welding qualifications where applicable.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Details: Full-time hours, workshop and onboard installation work, with potential overtime and contract extension.
