Catering Assistant – Ceredigion North (Mobile)

We are looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join our Catering team in and around Ceredigion area on a permanent basis.
You will be expected to manage the school kitchen on a day-to day basis according to the standards laid down by Ceredigion County Council.
The role includes:

General kitchen duties including washing up of equipment and utensils and the cleaning of all areas and surrounds;
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen at all times;
Ensuring observance of Food Safety and Environmental Health standards.

We are looking to recruit an individual with:

Experience/knowledge of working within a catering environment;
Adaptability.
