About the role
Residential Conveyancer – Devon
Our highly regarded Devon law firm client is expanding its Residential Property team and looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer/Conveyancer to join its growing team.
With opportunities across Torquay, Newton Abbot and wider Devon, this is a great move for someone looking for stability, quality work and genuine career progression.
The Role
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, covering:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages & buy-to-let
- Transfers of equity
- New build & shared ownership
- Probate-related sales
You’ll have strong administrative support, modern systems and manageable caseloads, allowing you to focus on clients and getting deals completed.
About You
We’re open to Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and experienced Fee Earners.
You’ll ideally have 1+ years’ residential conveyancing experience and be confident handling matters independently from start to finish.
