Reception Supervisor – 4* Country House Hotel Bath - Reception SupervisorOur client is a 4* country house hotel located just a few minutes from the centre of Bath. They are nested within 20 acres of stunning private grounds with beautiful countryside views. Each of their rooms are beautifully decorated, styled and equipped with all modern conveniences it very much deserves its fabulous reputation.We are looking to recruit a reception supervisor to join the front office team within this Country House Hotel. Candidates will be responsible providing exceptional customer service and information to guests, as well as liaising efficiently with all other departments in the hotel. Responsibilities will include the checking in and out of guests, ensuring the smooth running of the department. This will involve rooming guests, answering the telephone, banking, as well as dealing with reservations accurately and promptly. Applicants must be organised, friendly and have excellent customer service skills.What We Are Looking ForSuccessful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:• Experience in a similar job role• A Knowledge of hotel front office systems is a distinct advantage• Excellent organisation and communication skills.• Applicants must be flexible as shift patterns will vary • Career minded individuals wishing to excel and develop their career.• Individuals who are hungry for success in a beautiful setting.Applicants must be flexible as shift patterns will vary.
