Basic Salary: £25,000
OTE: £30,000–£40,000
Car Allowance: £250–£280 per month, depending on level
Additional Benefits: Uncapped commission and 4-month earnings guarantee

We're recruiting for an established residential estate agency in Esher that is looking to strengthen its sales team with a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator.

This opportunity would suit someone who loves the pace of estate agency, enjoys building relationships and wants to be rewarded for delivering excellent results.

The Role

Working within a busy residential sales environment, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with buyers and vendors, generating sales opportunities and contributing to the continued success of the office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting and registering prospective buyers, understanding their requirements and matching them with suitable properties.

• Organising and conducting viewings, providing informed and professional advice.

• Maintaining regular contact with applicants and vendors throughout their property journey.

• Following up viewings, handling feedback and identifying opportunities to secure offers.

• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales in accordance with client instructions.

• Building a strong understanding of the Esher and surrounding property market.

• Identifying opportunities to generate new business and supporting the Branch Manager with local market activity.

• Working towards individual and team performance targets.

• Maintaining accurate client records and delivering consistently high standards of customer service.

About You

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have a genuine passion for property, a strong work ethic and the confidence to build relationships with a wide range of clients.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator, although candidates with relevant sales experience will also be considered.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• A proactive, motivated and results-driven approach.

• The ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Confidence working towards sales targets.

• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

• A full, clean UK driving licence.

For those joining at Senior Negotiator level, we'd particularly welcome experience independently managing buyers, negotiating offers and contributing to branch performance.

Salary & Benefits

• £25,000 basic salary.

• OTE of £30,000–£40,000.

• Car allowance of £250–£280 per month, depending on experience and level.
