Founded by Gail Meija in 1993, The Bread Factory, originally known as Gail Force, began by supplying some of London's most prestigious restaurants, including many with Michelin stars. Contracted hours: 45 hours – Full Time

Working Hours: 8am - 5pm

Hourly rate of £12.75 per hour

Shift Pattern: Mon-Sun, any 5 days out of 7

Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:

• Supporting the team with baking our hand-crafted artisan breads
• You’ll learn to mix, shape and bake high-quality products while developing your skills alongside our experienced baking team.
• Loading and unloading bread from ovens safely and efficiently
• Monitoring baking times and temperatures to ensure top-quality products
• Learning to identify when products are baked to perfection
• Following food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Keeping your workspace organised and assisting with cleaning routines
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
