• Provide professional supervision and mentoring to junior colleagues, supporting practice development and reflective learning.

• Contribute to service improvement and quality assurance, participating in audits, panels, and practice forums.

• Work in partnership with internal and external agencies, ensuring integrated, person-centred approaches to care and protection.
